I believe the therapeutic relationship between a therapist and a client is a sacred place where you can find hope and healing. Having walked my own path, I know the work is hard, but that the results are absolutely worth it.

I utilize EMDR, Sand Tray therapy, and Internal Family Systems, among other approaches. I specialize in working with individuals with trauma, eating disorders, anxiety, and depression.
